Todo Municipio tiene su Dirección de Catastro cuya finalidad es tener un inventario o padrón de todos los inmuebles que se encuentren dentro de su límite municipal.  Cada inmueble tiene su expediente referenciado con una clave catastral única, en este expediente existe información escrita y gráfica, ésta última siendo a través de  Planos Catastrales . The ALTA NSPS survey is a map developed by a certified land surveyor mainly used by lenders or title insurance companies. This map is a tool for the title company to provide insurance. Regarding surveying work, you might ask if there is a difference as to how the ALTA survey is performed and delivered by Mexican surveyors?
